WOMEN'S GROUP
Through donations of glasses, soccer balls, and other sellable items, a small group of women have been able to self start businesses in their villages.
DENTAL HEALTH
Oral health is a neglected area of overall international health. Infection and inflammation of the oral cavity not only can cause acute pain and discomfort but also increases the risk for cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
FIRST RESPONDER COURSE
Traumatic injuries need immediate care or the patient may not survive. Techniques learned were basic wound care, fracture management, treating shock and assessing vital signs.
